VenMeet

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 15, 2026

Draft notice: VenMeet has not launched yet. These terms are a standard, MVP-appropriate draft and will be finalized before public launch.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VenMeet app and the venmeet.com website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VenMeet. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable use

When using VenMeet, you agree not to:

Life topics and user content

VenMeet lets you submit short, optional life-topic notes to help friends start a conversation. You control the visibility of each “ask me about” note; topics to avoid are visible to all friends so that a boundary is not hidden from the people who need to respect it. Do not submit content you do not want shared under those settings, or content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, or invasive of another person’s privacy. Topics expire after 60 days unless refreshed.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms. Blocking is part of the friend-safety controls. Reporting tools for topic content are still in development; until they are available, send a concern toprivacy@venmeet.com.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Self-service account deletion is available in the app for email/password accounts; it is temporarily unavailable for Sign in with Apple accounts while we finish configuring Apple token revocation. In the meantime, or if you cannot access the app, you can request removal of your data by emailingprivacy@venmeet.com, as described in ourPrivacy Policy.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VenMeet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as VenMeet develops ahead of public launch. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above whenever we do. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

[Governing law / jurisdiction — TBD before public launch]
